Simone Biles

Simone Biles is an American gymnast. Born on March 14th of 1997 in Columbus Ohio U.S.A. In the 2016 Olympics that took place in Rio de Janeiro she became the first female U.S. gymnast to win four gold medals at a single Games and she was the first gymnast to win three consecutive World All-around championships (2013-15). Biles was born on the streets of Spring Texas, in the Houston metropolitan area. She and her sister Adria were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles. Simone was first introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her daycare instructor Aimee Borman, when she was 6 years old. Biles stayed with Bannon's Gymnastix for 11 years. Biles had a great time in the floor and vault exercises at the 2009 Women's Junior Olympic National Championships before becoming an highest level of competition in 2011. In less than two seasons Biles was among the top at her discipline. What stood Biles apart was her consistency her flamboyant attitude and the intense level of effort she integrated into her routines at every event - vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise.
